Return Policy

The following terms must be met by you:

• Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number.
• Packages sent to us without prior approval will be returned at the your expense
• Return the merchandise to us within 30 days of your original receipt of the order.
• The products must be returned in new, resalable condition.
     · Mattresses not filled with water or air and not slept on
     · Sheets not washed or slept on
• You must include all packaging materials.
• Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged.
• All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked.
• You must pay any return shipping expense.
• Include the Return Authorization Number and Order Number on the outside of the box.
• You are responsible for a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges are charged on all non-warranty returns
• If you order the wrong size, or provide us with the wrong shipping address, you are responsible for the extra shipping charges
• Because of our low cost structure we cannot offer comfort guarantees

WARRANTY ITEMS

Warranties vary according to dozens of manufacturers. In most cases we will help you with the warranty during the first year for mattreses and heaters, 30 days for linens. In all cases you must contact MrWaterbeds about your warranty issue. You are responsible for shipping charges.
