The top and sides are joined using a double zipper that safely secures your mattress inside a puncture resistant protective waterbed mattress cover. Since the Salem does not have a built in safety liner, we give you a free standup safety liner. The waterbed mattress cover is insulated so it helps hold in heat thereby saving you money.
