We have Fast Delivery

So, what is Fast Delivery?  Simply put, we stock what we show on-line and we try to ship orders as soon as they arrive. Over 95% of our orders are shipped within one working day using U.P.S. Ground or Groundtrack.

Many of our competitors do not carry much inventory, they rely on their suppliers to have what you want. They cross-ship direct from their suppliers to you in most cases.

Why is this bad? The supplier may not have it in stock because of seasonal highs and lows or because they just filled a large order. Suppliers are usually not as fast at getting smaller orders out the door. Ultimately your order will arrive a lot slower and if you have any problems they will be magnified. Communication problems between the retailer and different departments at the suppliers add complexity to the problem.

Then why do they do this if there are disadvantages? They only pay for shipping once from the supplier to you and they don't have to pay for or maintain an expensive inventory. No stock boy, no shipping department and very little customer service.

Why don't you do this if it's cheaper? We tried it and didn't like it. We saw that it added several days to the overall process and some times delayed orders by several weeks. Most suppliers don't want to provide shipping information. We had to rely on them to get the product out and we had no way to track delivery. It was unprofessional and was not how we wanted to treat people.

How can you tell who has products on the shelf? You can't usually before you place your order. You can sometimes see where it came from after you get it, but even that is handled a little shadily in some cases. If you call and ask, they usually say it's in stock even if it's not.

Does Fast Delivery mean next day service from U.P.S.? No, it means we maintain a large inventory and have a very efficient shipping department and we do everything we can to fill orders in a timely manner. Next day or two day shipping can be very expensive and we don't recommend it or offer it as an option.
