Do you take checks?  Money orders and certified checks are preferred. We do not ship orders on personal checks until they have cleared the bank. That can take up to 15 days so you can expect two to three weeks on delivery of orders paid for with personal checks.

Are waterbed heaters safe? Yes, ours meet stringent electrical and engineering standards. They are double insulated and low EMF.

Do waterbed mattresses burst? No. The waterbed mattress is not under pressure so only a little water can leak out. If you have a leak, most likely your sheets may get damp, but your safety liner should prevent water doing damage. We recommend replacing safety liners when you replace the mattress or move.

Do you have to change the waterbed mattress water? No. That's what waterbed conditioner is for.

How often do I add waterbed conditioner? You should add waterbed mattress conditioner every 6 to 12 months depending on brand and size mattress. This keeps the water fresh because it keeps algae and bacteria from growing. If you have well water, double up the first dose when you fill the mattress.

Is it easy to puncture a waterbed? It can be if you're not careful. Most punctures come from opening the waterbed mattress box with a sharp object, dogs & cats, and stress at the corners caused by changing the sheets roughly. Protective covers offer protection from punctures and increase your comfort level.

I just picked up a used frame, what size mattress do I need? Measure the width and height of the cavity inside the waterbed frame. Common sizes are:

Is a waterbed too heavy? No - not normally. A waterbed's weight is spread out across a room using several floor joists ( the floor supports ) so that the weight is distributed. A waterbed exerts about the same amount of weight in pounds per square inch as a refrigerator. If you have problems from waterbed weight, it's likely there is a structural problem in the floor.

Do you sell waterbed furniture? Not on the Internet. Frames and other furniture items do not ship well.

Do you have a catalog? Not a printed one.

Why are my linens a different shade than what I saw online? We cannot guarantee color accuracy for several reasons. Everybody has a different video card and monitor and the PC has no standardized way of ensuring everyone sees the same colors. Another difficulty is that all fabric manufacturers colors vary from run to run.

My sheets are marked King rather than Cal.King, is this the wrong size? Probably not. Many manufacturers label Cal. King, Cal Queen and SuperSingle as King, Queen and Single. Carefully open the package and try them on for size before you wash them.

Do you ship to international addresses? No, we do not ship to International or APO/FPO addresses.

Pricing Errors? At any given time, despite our best efforts, a small number of the thousands of items on our site may be inadvertently mispriced. We do reverify prices as part of our shipping procedures.

If we discover that an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
